A place where produce is grown with restaurants in mind

The Cooks Co-op HQ is located at Sackville, NSW, just over an hour from Sydney’s CBD.

Here, Martin Boetz has established ‘The Farm’ which is the hub of this exciting and fresh agricultural project.

Having being part of the Australian food scene for over 20 years, Martin’s vision of chefs having influence and control over their produce from before seedling right through to the diners experience is now coming to life in this project, which focuses on sustainable farming, nurturing and education and promotion of quality chef grade produce.
